The judging header

Judging: ‘to form an opinion after careful consideration'. This is the serious part, this is where your awards submissions either stand out or blend into the background. There can be one winner for each category and this is the process we follow to ensure the ‘creative awards by the industry; for the industry’ acknowledge only the finest work.

Stage one header

Judging will managed as a two-stage process with two different judging panels.

The first will be responsible for short-listing entries in each category, and this panel will be principally made up of recruitment advertising agency professionals and respected HR Directors. It will be chaired by an industry-leading figure.

Stage 2 header

The second judging panel will be a smaller group of individuals with no affiliation to any particular agency or entrant. This is vital to the independence and credibility of the awards.

This group, will be made up of HR Directors, experienced recruitment agency professionals (not affiliated to any particular agency), a creative from another advertising agency field and a representative of the CIPD.
